Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received was damaged or incorrect, please send an email to our Customer Service team at Support@blenditbeauty.com.

Please include: Recipient’s Name, Order Number, and a screenshot of your order summary. Also, include a photo upload of the incorrect or damaged item that was received.

Incorrect Address

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package in the timeframe we have provided, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all important and/or required information. Be sure to include correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, etc. to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Missing Package

If you have not received your order in the allotted timeframe or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us immediately to file a claim.

If your package is missing please contact us at Support@blenditbeauty.com for further instructions.

NOTE: If you place a chargeback request before reaching out to our team you may lose the opportunity to have your claim fulfilled.
